Rules for three veterans and museum bills

This resolution sets the rules for debating three bills in the House. It allows the House to consider a bill that would stop the VA from sharing certain veteran information with the gun background check system. It also allows debate on a bill to increase disability and survivor benefits for veterans. Finally, it lets the House consider a bill to allow the Smithsonian American Women's History Museum to be built on the National Mall.
