Laurie Hollis Glimcher is an American physician-scientist and the Richard and Susan Smith Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. The former president and CEO of Dana–Farber Cancer Institute, she was elected a member of the American Philosophical Society in 2019.

Harvey Hollister Bundy Sr. was an American attorney who served as a special assistant to the secretary of war during World War II. He was the father of William Bundy and McGeorge Bundy, who both served at high levels as government advisors.

McGeorge "Mac" Bundy was an American academic who served as the U.S. National Security Advisor to Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson from 1961 through 1966. He is primarily remembered as one of the chief architects of the United States' escalation of the Vietnam War. He was president of the Ford Foundation from 1966 through 1979.

William Putnam Bundy was an American attorney and analyst with the CIA. Bundy served as a foreign affairs advisor to both presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson. He had key roles in planning the Vietnam War, serving as deputy to Paul Nitze at Defense under Kennedy and as Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific affairs under Johnson.
