Public release of sexual harassment settlement records

This resolution requires the House Ethics Committee and the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights to release records of taxpayer money used to settle sexual harassment claims involving members of Congress and House employees. Within 60 days, they must publish a list naming each member who was investigated for sexual harassment and the total amount paid from taxpayer funds. They also must disclose the total taxpayer money spent on other types of settlements for members and employees.
